Tool and Die

Our Tool and Die shop not only provides ready support to our Stamping Department, we provide a variety of services to our other customers as well. We build new stamping dies of all types, tool maintenance and repair, and precision machining. Our capabilities include Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, OD Grinding, Jig Grinding, Heat Treatment and all other typical Job Shop services.

Stamping Dies

Hurst Tool and Stamping was founded as a tool and die shop with a focus on construction and repair of progressive stamping dies. Whether you need a simple repair, an involved engineering change, or a new progressive die, we can see your project through to the end. Our fast and accurate Wire EDM machines allow us to produce even the most intricate die details. With a simple part print, we will carry your job through design, construction, tryout, and approval with you involved every step of the way.

Injection Molds

As our company has grown, so has our list of services. We have manufactured molds for a vast number of industries including: automotive, health care, and the toy industry. Our highly precise machining centers, EDM machines, and CAM systems allow us to produce even the most sophisticated parts. With a simple part print, we will work with you to design and build the tool to your exact specifications.
